I've come across two distinct but very similar versions :
- Multigame 48 in 1 Series 1
- Super 48 in 1 (Super N in 1)
The Super N in 1 series is, slightly more common in my experience. Game lists are nearly identical, although, sadly, MOTW is missing from "Super N" and has been replaced with kof98. It's quite unfair because Multigame only sacrified a hacked version of kof 2002 to make room for 98. (according to the menus - TODO verify this).
Still too many hacks, the number of unique actual games seems to be 37 on each one (TODO look up).
All menus are in Chinese although branded slightly different :
